⚙️ Made-to-Order Process

Every item from Stellar Forge is made to order using high-quality materials and professional finishing techniques.
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. Each print is crafted, cured, and finished by hand for the best possible result.

⏳ How long will my order take?

Our average production time is 6–8 weeks, though some smaller pieces may be completed sooner.
You’ll receive an update when your order enters printing and again when it ships.

If you need a faster turnaround, contact us — we may be able to offer a rush option for an additional fee.

🛠️ Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 3 days of placing your order, you can cancel at no cost.
After that point, a 15% materials fee will apply since resin and setup work will have already begun.

To request a cancellation, email us at [your email] with your order number.

🔁 Can I return my order?

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, and only for unused and undamaged items.

Because each print is made to order:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.

📦 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with clear photos.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🌐 Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

If you’re outside those regions, contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.

💎 What materials do you use?

We primarily use high-quality ABS-like resin for detailed, durable prints.
Full-size props and larger builds are printed in high-strength PETG for added durability and impact resistance.
Each piece is washed, cured, and inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

🎨 What’s included in the DIY Kits?

Our DIY Kits are raw prints straight off the printer, cleaned and cured but otherwise unpainted.
Because of the nature of 3D printing, some parts may require light sanding, filler, or priming to achieve a perfectly smooth surface before painting or assembly.

🎨 Do you offer painted or finished versions?

Yes! Many listings offer two build options:

  • DIY Kit – unpainted and ready for your own finishing

  • Painted & Finished – fully painted, assembled, and sealed

📬 Can I get updates while you’re making my print?

Absolutely. We know the wait can be tough!
We send updates when your item begins production and before it ships — and you can always reach out if you’d like a progress photo.
