At Stellar Forge, each item is crafted to order with great care and detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a few important policies regarding returns and cancellations.
🛠️ Made-to-Order Policy
All items are made-to-order. This means we begin production specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur up to a 15% cancellation fee to cover materials and production time.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, but only for unused and undamaged items. Because of the custom nature of our products:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
📦 Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unused and in its original packaging

Shipped back with tracking and adequate protection
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
